Users will only receive 2 warnings. The 3rd warning is a suspension for an appropriate amount of days or possibly a banning. Any incidents beyond this will result in a permanent ban of the user's account. In some rarer but more extreme cases, a Ban may be placed without warnings prior. NO NAMING AND/OR ADVERTISING OTHER FORUMS
You must be an affiliate before a link in the profile is accepted. Please contact admin before placing a link in your profile, or this may result in being turned down if you ask to become an affiliate later. You may how ever, place Facebook, MySpace, or Blog type pages as a link in your profile. If you are caught sending PM's to other members advertising another forum, you will be banned immediately. Don't do it, someone will report that you have.

NO OBSCENE LANGUAGE
This board is intended for family use. Please try refrain from using any vulgar language that would offend someone else. Inappropriate words will be edited. Try to play on your words. Also be POLITE. You can get your point across without being rude or attacking. Please refrain from using swear words in thread titles and use swear words sparingly and cautiously.

NO OBSCENE MATERIAL
Please, no pornographic material or links to it. There is a provided adults only section, but be mindful of the adults only content you share in there also. On the open parts of the forum, if it is not fit for family members, it is not fit for here. DON'T DO IT! We have a 0 tolerance policy on this one.

NO PERSONAL INSULTS OR ATTACKS
Funky Friends Online provides this site for our users to chat about anything in life, gather and discuss advice, options, opinions and solutions in general. You are free to disagree with others, but if you stoop to personal abuse or attacks, your post(s) will be deleted. If you are insulted please report the post, but DO NOT retaliate.

NO TROLLING, FLAME WARS OR "TRASH TALKING"
Trolling and/or attempting to bait others into a flame war will not be tolerated. Any posts we deem to fall in this category will be deleted. This includes inflammatory comments about places, religions, cultures, and/or other people.

NO RACIAL REMARKS
We live in a Multicultural Society. Racial remarks will NOT be tolerated at all.

POST IN THE APPROPRIATE FORUM
Please read each forum description before posting to ensure you are posting in the correct forum. Off topic posts will be moved to the correct forum.

NO DUPLICATE OR REPEAT POSTS
If no-one answers your question or responds to your post, please "bump" it rather than posting it again. Posting the same question over and over or in every forum will just annoy people and will not get answers.

USE APPROPRIATE TITLES
Titles like Help Me, or I'm Stuck serve little value in a forum. Try to be short but descriptive when submitting your post. Elaborate a little.

NO ILLEGAL SUGGESTIONS
Respect the copyrights of other people, websites, software and printed media. Please no pointers, how-to’s, advocating any illegal activity. Posts regarding such things as warez, crackz etc. will be deleted and the user warned.

NO SPAM-ADVERTISING
Do not use this site as a re-director or gateway to another site for the purpose of collecting click income or advertising. Although there are times when a link to another site is necessary for helping or answering a question, this site reserves the right to determine what is and is not SPAM. Any SPAM will be immediately deleted and the user warned. This is not your personal "for sale" board to advertise items. Members may be granted the right to advertise their own 'work from home business' but approval must be sought and full interaction on the boards a must.

PRIVACY
You must respect the privacy of other members and individuals. Do not post personal information (i.e. addresses, phone numbers, passwords, personal identification numbers, or any other information considered private) without the express permission of the individual.

SIGNATURES
Signatures should be no larger than a palm placed sideways deep. This includes any text or images used in your signature. Signatures outside this limit will be edited and/or removed. Please remember, no pornographic, obscene or controversial subject matter of any kind.

RESPECT THE MODERATORS AND ADMIN
If you have an issue with how something has been handled, or a more personal issue, please contact the admin or moderator in question. Raising personal issues along these lines on the open forum is poor form and may result in suspension, depending on the situation at hand. The admin's choice is final, and will not be entered into with other members.

Firstly; it's not hard to be respectful online. No harder then it would be to conduct yourself in the vicinity of your family, friends, work, school, church, or children! So first thing to always remember is, if you wouldn't say or do it in front of any of the above, don't say or do it here. Simple really.

Being a member on any website, is a privilege, not a right, and whilst FFO Admin endeavor to give each potential member a clean slate, there are at times people who cannot be offered this opportunity, based on continual behaviors, past and/or current.

If you are joining to be a Lurker, this will not serve you well. Each log in is monitored and Lurking Accounts become highlighted swiftly. Lurking accounts will be deactivated without warning.

Each membership is also traced for security and privacy reasons.

If you are caught abusing you privilege, by abusing another member, be it in Private Messages or on the open board, you will also be deactivated without warning.

FFO endeavors to run a friendly, free, open forum. Unfortunately, at times, people can try to join with ill intent. Admin and Moderators will do their best to prevent this.

Banning's are real and final, not up for discussion.

Suspensions are considered in some cases, but not a common occurrence.

Verbal warnings will appear on your profile for all to see, so conduct yourself respectfully as you'll only disrespect your own name. 3 verbals and your either banned, or suspended, depending on the individual case.

If you don't like the site, it's Administrators, or it's funky members, do not join!

There are plenty other forums around for you to join. Do not bother to join if you have ill intent, after all, it's only going to be your online reputation ruined, not ours.

Upon Joining, Admin will be advised of your account registration, and will be required to activate or delete it, according to the member applying.

Please allow some time for Admin to review and handle your account as needed, before trying to log in.

Once logged in, we request you post an Introduction Thread immediately, and intro yourself. If one has been made for you already, please post in it.
